天然腔肠素/Coelenterazine：普 遍认为是天然的腔肠荧光素，是海肾荧光素酶（Rluc）的作用底物，具有许多用途。可用于检测活细胞中钙离子浓度，基因报告分析，BRET（生物发光共振 能量转移）研究，ELISA，HTS，组织或细胞中超氧阴离子和过亚硝酸盐的化学发光检测，在460-470nm之间发射荧光。分子式：C26H21N3O3 分子量: 423.48 g/mol ，纯度：95% ，保存：-15°C避光，保存在惰性气体下。



Coelenterazine is a bioluminescence probe for measuring Ca2+ concentration in cells with a high sensitivity and large dynamic range. Coelenterazine (native form) is a luminescent enzyme substrate for apoaequorin and Renilla luciferase. The aequorin complex has been used as an excellent calcium indicator that can measure a broad concentration range of calcium from ~0.1 mM to >100 mM. Luminophore of the aequorin complex which is oxidized by oxygen to illuminate at 465 nm when Ca2+ binds to the complex.
